It certainly was a funky fun fold, Lynn! Thanks for the well done tutorial! Have a look at my ringing out the old, ring in the new card.
I have really enjoyed my clip art book from Memories of a Lifetime Christmas. There are quite a few images for New Years included. I particularly love this one with that fresh cherub ringing in the New with Father Claus...I'm not quite sure about the stogies though!!!
I used a 10x10 piece of MME Christmas paper to make my fold card. I added the Happy from SU's All Year Cheer and another Happy New Year (Inkadinkadoo, I think) this was stamped with SU craft real red and embossed with clear. I added the two friends tab, another piece of clipart. The sheer dotted ribbon holds it together. I added metal corners that I have inked with black to define the edges and qualify for the HCE10 (ALTER AN EMBELLISHMENT).
Hope you like this shout out to the NEW YEAR and I'd love to know what you think!

Susan, Susan, Susan is this ever wonderfully special. I love the paper you used for this funky challenge! Your folds are too perfect, and the only thing I think is missing is the ribbon. Were you so bad that someone had to steal al those yards and yards of ribbon? Let me know: I can always send more, and when you're done with that, I'll send you even more.
